Spring Tree filters and standardizes the brix, density, color and taste. We hot-pack the syrup in 5-gallon tins or plastic pails and 55-gallon drums. Careful processing assures color and flavor consistency in a bacteria controlled product. All grades of syrup are available, with Canadian #2 and #3 amber most suitable for industrial applications.
